By accessing or using Stylist Stats ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stylist Stats is a business analytics platform designed for hairstylists and salon professionals. The Service provides:

Client management and tracking
Sales and revenue analytics
Commission and tip tracking
Client retention insights
Bulk data import capabilities
Mobile application access

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Be at least 16 years of age
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription Plans:

Monthly Plan: $19/month
Annual Plan: $189/year (save 17%)
Team Plans: Discounts available for multiple users

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to access other users' data
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Data

Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload or create in the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

License: You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Deletion: Upon account termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the analytics provided by the Service. The insights are tools to assist your decision-making, not guarantees of results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylist Stats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
